I’ve made my career facilitating the effective incorporation of computer-based tools into work flow and learning.  I support adult learners and those who train them in corporate online communities of practice for informal social learning. I also create and facilitate structured online social learning environments, as well as high-performance collaboration spaces.  I am an observer of the corporate training market, with a special interest in health care.
